How information is handled when you use the CSI website.

This notice explains the information handled by this website and the choices available to you.

Website assistant

The assistant is an automated guide based on the services described on this website. Questions and replies remain in the current page’s memory on your device. They are not sent to CSI or an external AI service, and this chat does not store a conversation history in browser storage. Refreshing or leaving the page clears the conversation. Do not enter passwords, one-time codes, bank details or sensitive account information.

Online service enquiries

When you submit the intake form, CSI stores your name, business name, email address, phone number, business location, selected services, business size, contact preference and requirements in its cloud CRM. Approved staff use these details to assess and respond to your request, assign follow-ups and record internal notes. Marketing permission is optional and separate from enquiry processing. Do not submit sensitive documents, passwords or banking information through this form.

Team authentication

CRM accounts require verified email addresses and approved staff access. Authentication credentials and session tokens are handled by the authentication provider. A signed-in session may be saved on your device so you can remain signed in. Sign out on shared devices. Draft updates and uploaded draft media are restricted to approved staff. Published updates and their images, videos and documents are available to website visitors.

Contacting CSI

If you choose to call, email or open WhatsApp, you share information directly through that channel. CSI can use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss a suitable service and follow up on your request. Only share the information needed for that enquiry. The website assistant does not submit an enquiry on your behalf.

Browser storage and cookies

This website stores your cookie choice in your browser for 180 days. Signed-in team sessions also use essential authentication storage. With analytics consent, CSI records visited page paths, visit times and a random session identifier for visitor reports. These records are retained for up to 90 days; reports are restricted to the administrator. Names, contact details and URL query strings are excluded. No advertising cookies are used. External services and links

The website requests fonts from Google Fonts. These requests expose connection information, such as your IP address, to that provider. Hosting infrastructure also handles requests needed to deliver pages and assets. Links to WhatsApp, email, social platforms and other external services take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review their notices before sharing information.

Your choices

You can clear browser storage, reopen cookie settings, stop using the assistant, or contact CSI about personal information you have shared directly. To request access, a correction or removal, email info@csiinternational.co.za. Verification may be needed before a request can be handled. Avoid sending sensitive documents with your first enquiry.
